Appointment confirmation
An appointment is confirmed only after the practice has acknowledged the booking and, where applicable, verified payment. A form submission alone is not a confirmed booking.
Rescheduling
To request a change of date or time, contact the practice as early as possible at +91 7892608108 or shaaktaworld@gmail.com. Changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation notice, whether the consultation has started or been delivered, and any legally permitted payment-processing charges. The practice should communicate the applicable terms clearly before payment and handle each request fairly.
Missed appointments
If you cannot attend, contact the practice promptly. Any policy for late arrival or no-shows should be disclosed before a booking is paid for.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it should be initiated using the original payment method where feasible. The time for the credit to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
